Keep the focus positive

Keeping your thoughts positive is one of the main keys,
in my opinion.
I roasted broccoli last night for dinner, with olive oil and
salt and pepper. It was actually quite good and all I could think
of is, "this is helping me get into that little black dress that I've
been thinking of", all the while chuckling as I consumed.
It has really changed my relationship with eating and exercising.
What is the goal, the little black dress, a much more varied and
imaginative wardrobe, health?
Yes, all of the above.
I think if we keep the focus positive in whatever we do,
we will be much happier.
