Already...! These past six weeks have been a strange combination of emotions and experiences.... I'm in need of some down time of "just normal routine", but that isn't really happening either. I am slowly getting back to some of my routine, but a long way to go.

My scale is sitting up around 140.5 not where it needs to be, so working on that.
Realized my hip, Achilles, and neck all NEED those consistent targeted exercises again, so set myself a two week challenge. I've given myself a "pass" for Saturday's trail work party though---always get enough functional exercise on those--LOL
My garden is still getting planted...at least I'm making progress there.
My crocheting is waiting... And so it goes.
In the background, we are still waiting to learn when a memorial service will happen for my Dad who passed away Apr 20th. It will likely be a military service, hence the delay.... And then there is the house that will need to be cleaned out in the next few months.
Time will fix this all....

    Whew that is a lot. Sorry about your dad. Focus on one small goal a day to achieve since you have so many at a time. Even a goal of peaceful meditation, relaxation and a time out

    I have found to just go with the flow removes a lot of stress these days. I used to have everything figured out before hand. Now I am working on less details and just go for the finished product. Some days it works and some days I relapse into organization. LOL It sounds like you are moving in the right direction. Keep sparking.

    Working out with Achilles, hip and back here. Temporarily feels better not doing anything, but it is worse if you don't. Walking has been painful even in the pool.
    We will work through this . Right.
