Still At It

For the last couple of days I have been walking and jogging in place at work and then walking 3.6 miles with my husband when I get home from work. I really think it's paying off. When we were almost home yesterday from our walk, my husband decided to jog it in. I told him I was surprised he had energy left. He said I dragged him all the way and he decided it was time to pick up the pace. I have to walk a little faster and out in front because my husband has a tendency to stop and look at stuff and then when he is thinking too hard, he slows down. So he was correct when he said I dragged him. Today I was in this fitbit race so I got moving a little earlier. I only came in second place. And even though, I already have 87 minutes of walking and jogging in place, I still have to get my 250 steps every hour until 6 pm. And of course I have the 3.6 mile walk with my husband after work and the half a mile to the bus stop. I can't afford to overeat today because I will have done too much exercise.
