"Day #1 of my Challenge"

Well today is a great start for me because today I finally got to do my walk and made me,
feel great and now when I got back I was sweating a lot so I guess that means I did a great,
walk and also I used my walker because of my bad knees being bone to bone and I don't,
wanna fall down so I have to use my walker but maybe one day I will be able to walk w/o it,
who knows just have to be positive with myself and hope so I will just do 1 day @ a time.

I have done very well for myself so far since I restarted Sparkspeople on 5/6/18,
and I've lost 10 lbs. in eight days.
B/W =350 lbs.
CW =340 lbs.
