A brand new me

Day 2 of this so far Im okay keeping calorie counting and water but I have trouble at night Im craving a sweet and its scary at the same time this is gonna be my downfall but I did good I had 1 tsp of peanut butter on a couple of grahams crackers thanks for listening any advice tips or encouragement is greatly appreciated

    I buy protien bars and if I have a late night craving I eat one. They are packed with protein and very filling and it's like I'm eating a candy bar. So it serves so many purposes. I also make sure I leave enough room in my caleries for them

    I was craving sweets lady night too. Ive done peanut butter. Last night i went to store for smoothie ingredients, it worked and was refreshing.
