Right now I am doing the mini challenge for my 5% 2018 Spring Challenge. The mini-challenge is especially fun this week because it makes me take the time to get to know my fellow Casual Travelers. The mini-challenge goes like this:
Keep Calm and be Happy theme
Happiness is contagious - send some happiness to others by giving your teammates a Spark goodie or a nice comment on their Spark page - 5 pts.
All of us a very busy - tray to get at least 6 hours sleep to keep mind and body happy, 20 pts per day
People with strong social relationships are often healthier and happier. Get acquainted with other members on our team by visiting their page and post in chat something you learned about them. 5 points per visit, 20 pts per day max
Practice mindfulness by being aware of what you are eating. Track all your food. Bonus, add 25 pts if you stayed within calorie range
You should enjoy exercising! Do an exercise that makes you happy and you really enjoy.
10 points per every 10 minutes, max 120 pts.
Bonus - 25 pts per day if you drink 8 or more glasses of water.

This mini-challenge is running for three days and so far I have visited 10 of my fellow Travelers and read their blogs, interests, and I have sent a Spark Goodie to each. I hope I have helped to brighten their day.
These little challenges are important because it keeps me involved. Sometimes it is all too easy to just log in, input my numbers, and log out. While life can get in the way it is nice and often helpful to understand that people are truly going through or experiencing some of the same things you do.
So what is this blog all about? Well, I am just trying to encourage some of you to take the time (I know time is a precious commodity) to look at your fellow members pages. Read a few blogs and maybe you won’t feel so alone in your journey. Send out a Spark Goodie every once in awhile .
