Today's goal is a smart one and one I am going to remember and do from now on. It a simple rule/goal and one you can agree is a smart one too. I am going to eat breakfast. Not just a coffee, a real breakfast involving proteins. Today I ate a two egg and low fat cheese with onions and peppers omelette. I topped it with Siracha sauce, yum yum. I had gotten in the habit of skipping breakfast and eating a big lunch. This might sound okay but found myself wanting to over eat the rest of the day. I am going to eat a high protein breakfast and stop the over eating before it gets out of hand.
