Weigh in day... 5.17.2018

Today should be a good day! I am feeling confident and ready to get going on my healthy day.
Today I have an appointment with my doctor about my findings and what I need to do to start working on my internal health. He did add to the list no rice and no corn as well as other allergens and those are some of the other things that I have stay away from. So basically my new diet consists of paleo,but only meats,fruits,veggies,and a couple of the nuts that I can have. So i am hoping that with all this help by next year I will be the weight I want to be and I will have a healthier immune system.
I also am suppose to be doing HIIT exercise everyday for 30 minutes. I have been slacking on that,but I really need to get back to working out like I was before. I have lost 17 pounds or so since starting with this doctor,but I beat I would have lost more during my detox if I would have been exercising,so I need to get back into the "I can do this," attituded!🏋
I am going to do my best,but he wants me to lower my stress but that seems a bit harder right now then usual,but hope I can get there.
