The scale hasn’t budged in weeks. I am constantly fluctuating between the same 5lbs over and over. Full disclosure, I haven’t been eating my best nor have I been staying active. So now, I have three options: I can give up cause it’s not working and throw myself a pity party I can continue going half-@ssed and be frustrated I can take control to make changes to improve and get my behind back in gear I started in January with a drive and was completely focused. As time has gone by, I’ve become more lazy with my tracking and eating habits. I’ve swapped vegetables for French fries and fruit for Swedish fish. I’ve taken bites of food without tracking. I’ve eaten a lot of gluten and dairy. After my pity party last night I realized only I have the power to make changes and achieve my goals. There’s no magic pill or quick fix. The macros work best if my food if proper fuel and not junk. I have to eat right and stay active!
