Sorry I haven't written in a while. But I've been working on a project that will be probably our biggest and best upgrade ever. And one fun point is that it's partly inspired by the small goals commitment team and concept :).

This was from a commencement speech. On that note, I did a commencement speech this past weekend for a small college in Cincinnati named Mount Saint Joseph University. I'll write more about this experience and share my script if you are interested.
You can even call me Dr. SparkGuy after this because I earned a doctorate degree out of this :).

I am committed to a couple of goal right now:
1) Getting this challenge launched. I think this could be a lot of fun and a big way to help people, so I will work on this almost every day at least some.
2) I'm working to build the fitness level for my kids in various ways that I'll share more about on future blogs.
3) A commitment to keep my 10+ fitness minutes streak going.
OH MY! I just came across this blog and watched the video. WOW! I'm actually glad I found it on Memorial Day Weekend. It brought home what these men and women go through to EARN the right to protect our freedoms. It is probably the most inspirational and awakening video I ever watched. Its sad I've been at the library constantly and to bookstores, and still have never seen your book once. I've been here since 2011. Wouldn't it be good if it was there and at all schools , fitness clubs and apartments. I am in the minority exercising.
Everyone I know is either completely inactive or goes to classes and clubs. Its good but expensive. They shut down our great exercise room because of vandalism and rain damage. Then they locked the pool because of ducks.
Also they only had it opened during the day before. 212 days ago
