Read a Book

Hello Sparkfriends, I am sorry for having gone for a while. I started reading a book "Beck's Diet Solution", I know some of you must have read it over and over. It's a Book on the use of cognitive therapy to lose weight and maintain it for years.
Well, I just realized that I am actually a lazy reader or what do you make of me dozing after a few pages. I always thought I love books. It's good I found out early because I will work on it.
Anyways, the e-book had been interesting and I had to pause and think at different times.
Where I need to write out some stuff, I will definitely post it here so that we can rub minds.
I want to challenge you to also pick the habit of reading in case you are like me.
