What’s all the talk about Keto? I keep hearing that a really low carb diet is a way to drop lots of weight. I’ve been back on SparkPeople and exercising for a over a month and nothing changed. I couldn’t figure it out. I tracked my carbs to discover that I was really overeating starches. I love bread. I need to break this bread habit. I’m going to decrease carbs each day until I can get into the Keto range. In a week, I want to be in the low carb range. It’s going to be an interesting week.
