Keep Fighting

I am having a moment where I am feeling like all this effort (am I truly putting in all of my effort?), where I just seem to be going backwards in trying to lose the extra pounds I've gained. Trying to maintain that gained weight seems difficult too especially when it feels like I've gained a few more pounds. I'm also questioning my efforts and feel like I want to just throw in that damn towel.

I need to keep my head up. Keep going. Weight lose and weight maintenance is lifelong process.

Wipe the slate clean, and try again.

    I agree. We all have days like that - When you are trying SO hard and nothing happens - that is the WORST. My therapist said: if you keeping on doing the same thing, you will keep on having the same result. Change something up!
