May 7-13 In Review

I got 4 out of 7 days of workouts in. This weekend was just a lazy one. I have no excuses except that I was lazy. I get to go back to Krav this week, so this will help keep me on track with my workouts.
I tracked almost everything I ate this week. This weekend I didn't track, but I was very aware of what I was putting into my mouth and tried to keep it in check.
I lost 3.6 pounds this week.
