Found out what is going on with me... 5.12.18

Saturday, May 12, 2018

Yesterday I found out my results from all my blood and urine tests that I had to do. I found out that I have way to much estrogen so I have estrogen dominance. Then I have a immune inflammatory dease. Thyroid adrenal deregulation and chronic dehydration. So those are some of the Things my doctor is going to help me find balance. Then my allergens that were found out were: Dairy Gluten/grains Peanuts Pistachios Cashews Wh
ey protien And so these are the things that I have to at all costs stay away from. The bad part is I love cashews. So now it is down to almonds or walnuts for me. The tests have not come back on my gut health ,but he wants me to do some testing for leaky gut. I am so glad that I turned to functional medicine to help me address these issues because my doctor refused to and just said that I had aniexty anxiety and just take pills and they will make you feel better, but never did. I'd rather feed my body to heal my body then take a drug that never helped me anyway. Here is to a new part of my journey!!🤗

Well, I am glad you have some information that is actionable. Now, you can choose to avoid the things that do not support your health and well-being.

All grains, peanuts, cashews, and casein A-1 dairy are out for me too ... along with a number of additional foods not tolerated by my body.

As far as the nuts go, you might try pecans and macadamia nuts.

Wishing you the best in restoring health to your body.

    Hippocrates said it best:
"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

It is hard to eat with a focus on healing and thriving, but it can be done.
Change your thoughts about what you are eating and why, it gets much easier.

Sorry to hear about all of that. I am on injectable insulin. Ate some pasta last night. My numbers were bad. I can't eat pasta once without it biting back. Know the problems you face. I too love cashews. Sometimes I buy the real big container from the stores. Glad you have found what triggers your problems. Hope you can work on that. Good luck. You can do it.
