No more treadmill for awhile.

I went to the DR's for inflamed bursa on the right hip. He wanted to start physical therapy and I told him I was doing water aerobics three times a week then going to Planet Fitness right after and walking on the treadmill along with other machines. His comment was "well stop the treadmill, it's making your hip worse" I had worked my 2 miles down to 36 minutes (good for me). I asked about riding the bike and he said that would be a better option, so I guess the bike it is. The good news is my clothes are starting to get loose, (happy dance). I'll just keep plugging along with a smile because I am happy with my results.
