Another reminder I need to keep in mind every day. Since joining Spark People my food choices and exercise have improved 100%, however there is a lot of room for more exercise (strength especially) and better food choices (lower the sodium again).
I think I can with friends and challenges to inspire me!
I know you can! Although I have reached my goal with the help of SP, there are areas I need to work on too. The strength training needs to be more consistent, and I need to give up that 2nd glass of wine!
