afternoon cuppa spark - reboot day 3

hanging in. did the video in the night to make sure i got the aerobic workout in (leslie and your daily walk are back). still haven't gotten to strength training, baby steps. work, sleep. and promised myself a morning out with the camera - you just can't miss the gorgeous flowers this time of year.

steps - met the goal yesterday, heading for it today.

meals - planned, recording. we ate lunch so late yesterday that we had "snacky" dinner but i made sure there were tons of cutup vegetables. weight is moving in the right direction.

trying to remember my beck rules. not my food is a big one - that piece of cheese occasionally slips by. or potato chip. dang that DH keeping that stuff around. resistance muscle - do your thang!
