I was in a rush this morning, so while my breakfast was decently healthy, my lunch is canned soup. Meh...I'll make it work. However, there was no way that I could pack my workout clothes like I normally do on a Tuesday. I'm worried that I'll go home, eat, and laze around, so here are my workout options:
#1 Go home, change, and go to Xperience Fitness. Be brave enough to take the 4:45 Kettleball class. I know nothing about it, just the description of "cardio, core, and resistance.) That gives me plenty of time to have a healthy snack of Greek yogurt and fruit before I leave.
#2 Go home, change, and go to Xperience Fitness. Find out you're not brave. Lift weights and then hop on the elliptical.
#3 Go home, hang out, and then go to taekwondo for the 6:00 class. One disadvantage: it's right in the midst of the dinner hour...which means the family would be in charge without me...Can they handle it? Am I making this my crutch? Another disadvantage: I would have two hours before class, and this usually gets me in the anti-workout state.
I'm seeing that Option #1 needs to be Plan A with Option #2 as my Plan B. Either way, it's Greek yogurt and Xperience Fitness for me after work.
