Start of the Sanford Profile

Well.....I'm trying something new. It's called the Sanford Profile program. It's basically a metabolic reset program. They take you into ketosys(sp), which I know is going to be challenging. It's mainly their product replacements, but does include some meals with veggies and meats, but at a much lower amount than I have been eating. I am also going to abstain from alcohol, which I know is a big part. Finally, forcing myself to drink water.
My sciatic has been messed up on my left side and I'm hopeful that I can drop weight and get started working out again with intensity. I'm always apprehensive that I'm making the injury worse by working out.
Day one..... I hope I can get a handle on my weight.
