My implants are intact, but the big bright light arcs will probably never go away, nor will the dime-sized black floaters on my right eye. The bag of stuff behind my retina is tearing loose from my eye interior, so the debris is moving around in my line of vision back there. The bright lights with every blink will never leave either.
It is like having a bird or large insect flying right in your face with every blink. The bright lights arcing are like somebody shining a LED flashlight right in my eye with every blink.
I have another appointment with the surgeon in three weeks. The doctor that did my exam was very patient and thorough in explaining the process with a model eyeball. She wants me to be seen again by my surgeon when he returns. The pain was from allergies and dry eye syndrome. I was being lax with my eye drops for dry eye.Bad Linda.
