Making some changes in my diet have helped me feel better. Exercising daily has paid me huge dividends. I'm much stronger now and better balance. I swim 3 to 4 time's week. In between I walk. My dog Bella has been big help with my walking she keeps me motivated. I'm so glad we adopted her. She is my service dog and she makes my life more enjoyable. =)
