Week 2 T25

Up and at em early today to get my T25 done. Today was core cardio. I didn't seem to sweat as much as last week but then again it might have been the lack of water yesterday. Didn't drink my usual amount. So glad I have an accountability partner because I if I didn't I wouldn't be getting up that early for a workout! Hoping to get to bed early tonight. Been lacking sleep and I know that's important as well. Hope you all have a good night!
