Information on SMART Goals:
I will be the one who is working towards my goals.... ME alone with support from my friends and family!
I will accomplish living a healthier lifestyle once again and becoming stronger.
I will work towards my goals using parks around my town, and my own fitness equipment at home, or when I travel.
I will schedule at least 20 minutes of exercise daily, except for on REST days every week for 1 month, and then re-evaluate my schedule.

I NEED to stay true to my schedule and identify possible obstacles that may hinder me from reaching my goals.

*Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily
*Eat my meals at the dinner table daily
*20 minutes of exercise daily
*3 days of ST per week
*Eat 4-5 veggies daily
*Healthy Meal Planning for 3 days at time at least
*Plan grocery shopping trip after meal planning to ensure everything is available for cooking meals at home.

to move me towards the GOALS I make
Specific, measurable, attainable goals
is all it takes to get on a roll.
Realistic, timely goals that fit
will soon accomplish all of it!
