Reverse Weight Loss

S I G H !!!

Yep, that's right... gained weight!! very frustrating! The truth is I haven't lost any weight in almost a year, but I also had not gained any either. That of course is until this winter, where my Thyroid medicine seemed to stop working and I quickly added weight. The doctor upped my medicine and checked it in 6 weeks and it seemed to be working. Now here we are 6 weeks since then and I have found the desire to lose weight. Maybe it is the tighter clothes, maybe its the large bloated belly or maybe it is the breaking weather that has me thinking about my weight again. Whatever the reason, I woke with the plan to "start" my weightloss, which of course always begins with jumping on the scale when I wake up....

so here is where my blog begins, weight loss in reverse, I gained 6 pounds. I know it is 6 pounds but, that is a lot to me. You see in the last 5 years I have lost 40ish pounds and in the last 3 months I gained 10 back. this doesn't change my desire to lose weight, it just means I have to loose an extra 10.

So today I am starting with a goal of 10 pounds. Current weight 179 lbs

    I started two years ago with thyroid problems and I've really struggled to get dosage right and lose the weight. I'm definitely here for you emoticon emoticon emoticon

    i do that a lot with my thryoid meds and over the years i have had many many adjustments

    one recent one was to add iodine to the daily meds will find out at the end of the week how that did
