Less time, still healthy!:
Oatmeal, chopped nuts, blueberries

Peanut butter sandwich, apple slices, milk

Tuna with relish and mayo, slice of bread, milk, banana

Leftover cooked chicken, lettuce, strawberries, pasta, almond slivers, light poppyseed dressing

Leftover cooked pork tenderloin, microwaved potato with light sour cream or butter, garden chopped chives, frozen peas microwaved, applesauce

Tomato soup, grilled (light cheese), fresh carrots and peppers, grapes

Mixes greens salad with canned beans, fresh herbs, broccoli florets, oil and vinegar dressing and toast or a small whole wheat roll.

Snack: fresh veggies with hummus or yogurt dip
