I got 6 out of 7 days of my workouts in. I usually will do a walk or something easy like that on my Rest day but I didn't do that and actually rested.
I did a good job of tracking everything this week for the most part. There were a few days where I didn't do as good as I would have liked to stay in my calorie range. What I need to work on is sticking to my food plan on the weekends. I will do really well during the week and then just let it all go on the weekends and then I end up starting right back where I was and have to start all over again.
I gained 0.2 pounds this week.
