Day 27 Exercise Streak

I did only a little because I graded all day. When I have a lot of grading to catch up on I find myself NOT taking my bike out for hours and/or miles! I miss that seratonin rush the exercise of riding my bike brings on.

I ate at Red Lobster Saturday. To tell the truth, I don't even really like Red Lobster but a friend really wanted to go so I did. I ate too many of their Cheddar Bay Biscuits (I just googled their name. I had no idea.)

I must stay away from that place.

I was down two pounds last week but after RL with the cheddar biscuits and high sodium food I was up .... I can't even type the amount. It's just too unbelievable.

I know the weight will go down. It's mainly water weight from the salt. But all of my exercise is not going to save me if I don't get food cravings under control.
