ATTAINABLE - I can achieve this within the time frame if I lose 1 pound per week with the help of consistent blogging and tracking

RELEVANT - Losing this amount of weight will improve my health, fitter clothes, smarter walk.

TIME - I have 12 weeks to achieve this
