Quick Update

Friday, May 04, 2018

So much going on but thought I need to put
something out there before the weekend is here
and gone.
The weather has finally turned to spring and it
is time to get the garden planted. DH has some
seeds and we will try to get to that on Sunday.
DS has been busy moving his young bride from the
college apartment to his bachelor pad in Kimball. He
is ready for the woman's touch. They are looking for
something a little bigger and easier to heat. He and
his brother have been packing up the furniture today.
Dear Sweet DIL is getting "pinned" tonight at 6 and
graduation is 9:30 tomorrow morning. Our own little RN!
I will have to get the lawn mower out this next week.
Monday, our second GD graduates from the 6th grade
and there is a ceremony. She will move from the grade
school in the other town to the high school across the
parking lot behind their house. Consolidated schools do
have a place in this world. Next year, AJ will attend junior
kindergarten 2 afternoons a week and ride the bus home
with his big brother. This should be interesting.
On a side note, I have some minor medical issues going on
and have an appointment to see my doctor. It involves a
goodly dose of insomnia that I have never experienced before.
I am adverse to taking meds just to sleep but will see what she
has to say first. Maybe once I am out in the garden and getting
more exercise, this will settle down.
Have a wild and wonderful weekend. Please know I love and
appreciate all your comments. HUGS!

There's always so much going on in your life, I'm surprised you don't experience insommnia more than you do! emoticon emoticon We women think about things down to the smallest details. We want to make sure everything is in place, just like you thinking about getting your DH to his appointment. Our brains work 24/7. I'm hoping once things slow down, your insommnia will disappear.
emoticon To your DIL, and your DGD. I hope your DH's appointment goes well.

What a wonderful time you are going to be having with all the family activities. I am sure you will enjoy. I understand the feeling that goes with insomnia. I finally had to break down and get some help. But I know mine has stemmed from working night shifts for so many yrs. The bio rhythm gets out of whack. I hope and pray you can break through as well.

    emoticon to all!
