The night was stormy and the day has been cool. I hadn't worked out since Wednesday because of PMS, I don't seem to get a remedy for it yet. Days before AF is always wacky and I can't seem to psych myself to do anything than eat, lol. I need advice on what to do to get a hinge on this.

    Stay strong. Try some simple things during that time. Even walking or some chair videos. Consistency and determination will help you reach your goals.
