5.2.2018 Day 3 week 2 detox

I am trying to do my Best but this is hard. I am not sure how vegans do this but having no meat in your diet at all is a ruff one. Mind you I cannot have peanut butter or bread because peanuts are a allergen might not be mine but they want you cut out the most common ones and well gluten is a no go.
I have been trying to drink plenty of h2o because I tend to get really dehydrated and especially when it is hot and that seems to keep my stomache semi calm. I found that I cannot consume legumes or beans because they really bloat me and upset my stomach so right now it is basically trying to find things to keep myself full for the day.
I just keep telling myself 4 more days and I can incorporate chicken and fish back into my diet. I know that I can do this I just have to be strong and then once I get out of my 1st detox maybe things will start to get easier.
My left shoulder blade has been hurting me for days not and I am hoping that it will give in soon and relax.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day we will see what is doing or how it is helping me as far as weight loss goes. I can say though cutting down on caffeine has helped me manage my stress
