I went and did T25 yesterday. Man it was rough. I had to modify a lot! I struggled. I wanted to give up so many times. But I survived. My legs are sore and I can kind of feel it in my "abs" area even tho I don't own any kind of abs (see pic below) Then today while trying to find some "spring" clothes I couldn't fit anything besides some stretchy work out pants and those weren't very stretchy at all anymore. I need to focus on my eating. I need to quit making up so many excuses. Why is the struggle bus so easy to jump on? Hopefully one day I will get this all down and I won't have to be the driver of the bus anymore!
