My goodness how the time is really flying! New month & new goals! Let me hear them below! My goals for the month of May are
1.) Drink nothing but water and my Herbalife energy tea. This means no more iced tea with sweet N low or flavored waters! Pure water plus some lemon!
2.) Brush & floss nightly
3.) 6 days of exercise a week
4.) Commit to doing T25 daily starting TODAY! I am meeting an old childhood friend and we are going to start meeting Tuesday & Wednesdays to do T25 together. The other days it will be up to me to get it done! I will be blogging my progress!
