Could you think of it as starting a new challenge and instead of maintenance or gaining finding another spark challenge to be motivated inspired and challenged? I’m a yo yo person so am still to the loosing stage. I am changing my mindset to break the ok I did it, then let myself go and back to having to loose again. That is what I'm thinking. I need to keep the weight I have lost behind me and not regain it. That has been my struggle for a very long time.
Good job on your loss, that is better than 2 pounds a week. Try to figure out the changes you have made to bring that about. I lost 40 pounds and then quit Spark People and regained it all back plus some.
