Week 7...down 18...good job! Now to keep on keeping on. Here is where it gets hard. Keeping it off then losing more. Wish me luck

    Could you think of it as starting a new challenge and instead of maintenance or gaining finding another spark challenge to be motivated inspired and challenged? I’m a yo yo person so am still to the loosing stage. I am changing my mindset to break the ok I did it, then let myself go and back to having to loose again. Maybe sign up for a 5k and start training for that?

    That is what I'm thinking. I need to keep the weight I have lost behind me and not regain it. That has been my struggle for a very long time.

    Good job on your loss, that is better than 2 pounds a week. Try to figure out the changes you have made to bring that about. I lost 40 pounds and then quit Spark People and regained it all back plus some.
