I am NOT a failure after all

I'm slowing down. I put in 5 miles today to get to the doctor and back. At first I had amazing energy but its probably time to add water and nutrition.

I am going to start writing. I did last night but I wandered off topic and allowed myself to do so. What I discovered is that I have NEVER failed at anything I threw myself into 100%.

How can this be?
Where has all this fear of failure come from?
I do not have a track record of failure.
I have a history of OTHER people doubting I can achieve my desired goals.
I am not sure when I took on their stance and fears about me.
When I was young I had an "I'll show you " attitude. I need that again.

So it SIMPLY is a matter of setting some goals and immersing myself into them. It will work out. Imagine that ... that is just what the life coaches on you tube and in books all say.

This afternoon will be going through my journals and pulling out real goals that I authentically want. I will share them with you soon.

Don't let this be your life:
