Week 3 check in

I’ve been back on SparkPeople for about 3 weeks. I bought a Fitbit this time around. Tracking has been the key to my recent success. The first week, my knees hurt really bad, and I could barely walk a mile, and up one flight of stairs. On week 3, I’m walking 5 miles a day and 10 flights of stairs. I’m starting to feel much better.
