Good evening to you all. How was the weeken? Are we all prepared for the coming week and month.
There is need for some deliberate planning to give it an expected success.
I am going to plan my meals for the week this evening
I will plan my workouts for the week this evening
My goals for the month in terms of weight loss
My goals for the month on my exercise front (I started working out to my over 400 exercise videos, I am setting a target of the number of minutes to achieve)
All the above and more I am writing down. There's a level of commitment when it is written down.
