So, I started working out at Planet Fitness. That is after I do water aerobics, three days a week. I've increased my mileage to 4.5 miles on the treadmill at that time. I'm at the fitness center at least an hour doing different things. I can say that I am moving much better and that I can get up and down easier, (very happy about that) my weight and inches are not changing, however, my clothes are starting to feel looser. I guess I'm not measuring right. I just keep plugging away.
