I've been dealing with back and hip pain for the past month over the past week it has been excruciating. All doctors say Lose Weight. I committed myself to 1000 calories a day and 90 grams of protein. Low Carb and High Protein. 11.2 lbs loss M-Sat I know I can do this! 50lbs in 5 weeks. Pray for me😇
