I had a really rough night last night. Sometimes with fibro, your body flares and many things occur. I was up and down most of the night, pain, restlessness, and bleary-eyed tired body. I feel somewhat better now, but will still try to get some form of exercise in today.
The rain never came, and it is a bright blue sky now. Still waiting for temps to rise above 40's.

I'm sorry for the flare-up - I sure wish there were more things you could do to ease the pain. I hope today is better. Big hugs.

I have learned with Fibro that movement is so important. Of course there are a few days that movement is impossible! Like with weather changes and being a human barometer. I always pay for it later when I push too hard. Hope the rest of the week is better for you!

Hope you can get a little movement in, relax, sleep well tonight and feel better tomorrow.

Hope you can get more rest tonight. Maybe the weather had an impact. I get migraines, and any time the barometric pressure goes up or down (when a storm enters or leaves), it can trigger a migraine. Take care.

That is such a complex life changing illness. My sister in law went from jazzercise 5 days a week to nothing and noise, sounds, crowds -any and every thing sets her off. Sorry there is no help for it yet
