Finally some good news

Thursday, April 26, 2018

Anyone that has followed my blogs for a bit know my brother-in-law passed away 4 weeks ago today. We suspect foul play. The autopsy showed that he did not die of natural causes and we are still waiting on the toxicology report. We suspect he was poisoned but do not know that for sure. Yesterday we got a WIN in probate court. No one can touch anything including the woman we suspect killed Bobby. Now with that being said that means she cannot touch any of his property or his retirement account. To say the least this is a relief. For a judge to step in and do this for our families I am forever grateful to him. I don't want Bobby's money or his real estate but I sure as he** don't want her having it either.

Below is a copy of what the judgement says. To the right of it is the actual context because it turned out a bit blurry.

I have had one of my orientations for my new job this week. The other will be on May 1st. which is my actual first day of employment with A Renewed Mind. I have to start all over again. Day 1 of a new job sucks when you have 27 1/2 years of experience doing the same thing you have always done, but I am thankful for my job and the many benefits it has.

I have to go here in a bit and get an injection (synvisc) in my left knee. The other injection lasted almost a year before it start raring its ugly head, so again I am thankful for that.

So many things to be thankful for this morning which is very appropriate because it is Thankful Thursday.

Have a blessed day everyone. May the emoticon shine on your face and warm your

So sorry to hear about your brother-in-law and that there is ongoing controversy. Glad that judge did the right thing. If there are any questions they should be resolved before a dime goes out of the estate!

How horrible for you and the family but....you have my prayers that justice will be done!

Glad to see something positive is coming into your life and you're grateful for it. Something we all need to practice more of. As for starting the new job, I always say 'Forget the first 2 weeks' and go from there. I'm sure with all your experience you'll soon be the "go-to" person there...

    Carpe Diem

I am SO happy to hear this news Donna about the court case. That was the right and only judgment to be made! ... I am terribly sorry for this loss of your family member ..... I do hope they find evidence to prosecute the party responsible. .... Best wishes for both your new job and your knee! emoticon

I'm glad the probate court took action. Facts need to be gathered.

    Some unsolicited advice:

Try to put what you know on the back-burner and listen as if you were a novice. Your trainer is probably aware of your skills, but has a "script" they must follow. Make it easy on yourself and them by listening attentively instead of waiting for an opportunity to talk. Take a few notes. After all is said and done, you can make recommendations for changes any time. You want your trainer to feel appreciated and effective, so that you receive the highest rating.

    Good luck!

Happy to hear the judgment rendered! And good luck w/your "new" old job. What a pain in the patootski, but you have the right frame of mind . . . . you have the job and all that goes w/it. Good luck! Hugs and prayers that all goes well as this case for your BIL continues.

You have a lot going on in your life, sorrow, apprehension and gracefulness. With your determination, you will be fine even though at times you may not think so.

A quote I love: Handle every stressful situation like a dog, if you can't eat it or play with it, then pee on it and walk away. emoticon

I can see that it is good to have a job I pray that it is as good to you as the last one was I know how hard it can be to do the same thing yet to be starting all over

I am hoping that this injection last at least as long as the last one

I am glad injection worked for you. I had 3 injections of Euflexxa a couple of years ago. Did very little and 2 of the 3 were extremely painful - limped for a couple of days. Sorry to hear about your brother in law. Glad that the court is addressing your suspicions.
