Day 16 Exercise Streak: Bike Ride, Pilates, Weights

I worked late today. After school I supervised the Book Buddies Program which ran over and then I did some work on the computer. When I got home I did something unexpected. I jumped on my bike for a 4 mile bike ride. Later I did Day 4 of the Skinny Jeans Calendar Challenge which, besides 30 min. cardio, included a 12 minute pilates video. Realizing I didn't do weights yesterday, I did a 9 minute weight lifting video.
Photos from my bike ride. I was gone 37 minutes. I counted 30 min. for my bike ride. 7 min. for picture taking. My gchild pictures sent from my hometown where they are finally thawing from April blizzards.
