Exercise Streak Day 15: Cardio and Hips, Thighs, and Glutes

I am followinng the Spark People Calendar Challenge , The 30 Day Skinny Jeans Challenge. Wednesday will be Day 5.
Tuesday I did cardio and an abs, glutes, and thighs video in the morning. I didn't leave work until 7:15. When I got home I read and was in bed by 8:30. I should've done more excercise (maybe 12 minutes more) but I was too tired. I did walk a lot.
I ate Panda Express yesterday so that is not helpful in my goal to tone up, although the exercise helps. My friend and colleague got the bowl with one entree and one side but I got the 2 entree plate with one side. When I'm good and thinking straight I get mixed veggies as my side. Not yesterday. No, I was not thinking clearly. I got chow mein as my side. And 2 entrees was excessive. I should've gotten the bowl!!!!
Oh, to relive that moment and order more wisely. Alas, I can not. I must learn from my mistake...again. Next time...
I did eat a lot of fruits and veggies Tuesday. Yellow squash, onion, tomato, asparagus, jalapeño, zucchini, bell pepper, and black berries. I had a salad with mixed greens.
I haven't posted the photo collage of photos from my bike ride Saturday on my blog. I did post it on the community feed Saturday. I'll post it here. I left home at 10:00 A.M. I should've left earlier but it was a nice bike ride. Today it got up to 95 or 96 degrees but it was nice. The low humidity helped.
