Day 14 Exercise Streak: And Today I Tracked Nutrition!

I exercised 31 minutes. Cardio and weights.
I tracked everything I ate and even did it online here on SP.
I came in range for calories, carbs, fat, fiber, and protein.
I'm doing the Skinny Jeans Calendar Challenge under Challenges here on SP. I have the 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout saved to My Workouts on SP TV all ready for tomorrow, Day 4 of the challenge.
I had to force myself to get motivated. I started faking it until I actually began "making" it--- by that I mean I started to enjoy it and missed it if I didn't do it. That was an impetus to continue, ergo motivation.
Don't let lack of motivation leave you sitting on the sofa or in the recliner. Force yourself to exercise. It's amazing how good you feel afterwards.
