4.23.18 Day 1 week 1 detox🍜🍗🍎

Well so far today on the detox doing good. I tried to make sure that I had plenty of ideas for supper because the only meats that I can have this week are fish,chicken,or tuna. Lots of veggies and alittle little bit of fruits for my sweet tooth.
The hardest part is even with fruits I have to keep my sugar under 25mg a day. So mainly raspberries,blueberries,blackb
erries cause these are packed with antioxidants and lowest in sugars. I think I will be alright this week,but next week will be harder cause no animal protien but I will live. This a 21 day detox to get get rid of all the nasty junk that has been collecting in my body.
My doctor says that most people that do this feel so much better by the end of it all considering that they do not allow any foods that are the most common food allergies and intolerance. I figure if I can weed out all the things that might contribute to me being sick I will be better off.
I also started today because by the time I am fine with my 3 weeks done it will be time to hear from my doctor on my tests and find out what was found in all the tests that I had to do and work towards healing my body inside out and get to maybe able to spend the summer with my family and not be sick the whole time.
Excited for a new start!
