Saturday is my wedding dress fitting and also my bachelorette party night. And my wedding is 33 days away! 33... omg it's coming quick. Between now and Saturday I want to really focus in and shed a few more pounds to just feel as good as I possibly can. Here's my plan for the next 6 days: Calories: 1500 per day Fitness: Monday- Cardio tabata workout 30 mins, strength training glutes 15 mins, and leisurely walk with my girlfriends and our kids for who knows how long? Tuesday- Treadmill at 10% incline 30 mins. Strength training abs 15 mins Wednesday- 30 minute full body strength/cardio circuit Thursday- 60 minute walk outside Friday- Cardio tabata workout 30 mins Saturday- Alternating Run/walk 30 mins Strength training arms/chest/upper back 30 mins
