Day 13 Exercise Streak: Bike Ride and Yardwork

Yes! I finally jumped on my bike and took off. I was gone 1 hour and a half. Then I trimmed a palo verde tree and weeded.
I am also on Day 2 of a Spark People Calendar Challenge: 30 Days to Skinny Jeans or something like that.
I really need to track food. I keep saying I will. I do it in my head. That's not showing results!
Let's make this Day 1 of really tracking.
I ate a lot of veggies and fruit this weekend. Yellow squash, zucchini, onion, orange bell pepper, asparagus (77 cents), jalapeno pepper, tomato, cilantro, blackberries (77 cents), watermelon.
I think giving up sweet desserts and treats (2 years, 2 weeks) and chips and crackers (a year with a slight summertime slip up with chips in July) have helped my taste buds "learn" to enjoy healthier whole foods more.
