Sticking to it!

I was just really tempted an I'm proud of how I handled it. I went out to eat Thursday and brought home a doggie bag full of the best macaroni and cheese and filet mignon I've ever had. I enjoyed the treat for a day. The only day in two months that I went above my calorie range. But just now I was preheating the oven and prepping the rest of the macaroni and cheese on aluminum foil to heat it up to finish it off. I even logged it first. I just ate lunch yet something is telling me "go ahead, it's just a little treat". It's two hundred calories and is going to put me over a thousand calories for the day and it's only noon! What am I thinking?! Is this really what I want? No! I grabbed the aluminum foil, wadded up the contents and threw it in the trash! I already got to indulge in the treat for a day Thursday. I've chosen to live differently. I have a new lifestyle and it doesn't include doggie bags full of empty calories anymore. I deleted the entry too. This is my new lifestyle and I'm sticking to it!
