Chapter 28, Day 5, Week 2 of Challenge

New Chapter: 28. On and on and on.
Week 2 of Challenge was not my best. I lost only a half pound. Too much stress eating.
I launched Week 3 today with gusto. I ate a healthy breakfast, walked for over an hour out side, stretched, and strength trained. I am already at 9500 steps for today. I have to watch my eating over the course of the day.
I am talking granddaughter to the zoo this afternoon. Bonus calorie burn with the additional walking.
Lost a half pound
Sunshine. Very cold, but I enjoyed being outdoors.

Stay the course with food plan.
